To ensure all of our members have a great experience on Metobi, most purchases are covered under Metobi Money Back Guarantee.
Metobi Money Back Guarantee means you're protected if the item you ordered didn't arrive, is faulty or damaged, or doesn't match the listing. You'll get your money back. For all the details of how the Metobi Money Back Guarantee works.

When does Metobi Money Back Guarantee apply?

You're covered under Metobi Money Back Guarantee when:

You don't receive an item
You receive an item that doesn't match the listing
You receive an item that's broken or faulty
Our sellers normally work with buyers to quickly resolve any issues, but if you can't agree on a solution, you can ask us to step in and help. In most cases, you'll be covered by Metobi Money Back Guarantee.

What happens if the seller doesn't respond or won't give me a refund?

Under Metobi Money Back Guarantee, the seller has 3 business days to resolve your issue. If you can't come to an agreement, you can ask us to step in and help. We'll review the details of your case and make a decision within 48 hours.

If I refund a buyer, will I get a credit for my final value fee?

In most cases, if you issue a full refund to the buyer before we're asked to step in, we'll credit your final value fee. Insertion fees and other Metobi fees aren't refunded, though.

Our payment-related policies ensure buyers and sellers have consistent access to familiar and secure payment methods, transparent information on how to pay and what to pay for, and know what to do if something goes wrong.

Payment Methods
Only payment methods offered at Metobi checkout are allowed.
To help provide a safe experience, we only allow payment methods that offer strong protection for buyers and sellers.

What is the policy?

The following payment methods are not allowed, including:

Sending cash through the mail
Point-to-point cash transfer services such as Western Union or MoneyGram
Direct contact information can only be exchanged after eBay checkout is complete. This includes asking buyers to get in touch with details of alternative payment methods.

The following payment methods, which are offered at eBay checkout, are allowed:

1.PayPal
2.Credit card or debit card (rave payment)
3.Payment upon pickup (Pay on delivery service)
4.Bank deposit - in Metobi.com's account only

Listings in one of our approved categories may offer the following additional payment options:
1.Bank-to-bank transfers (also known as bank wire transfers and bank cash transfers)
2. Checks

SELLING POLICIES/PROTECTION

Our policies are designed to help create a fair and safe trading experience for all Metobi users. As a seller, you're responsible for regularly reviewing and complying with Metobi's selling policies.

1.When you deliver on your service promises to create good buying experiences, we will protect you from abusive buying behavior and from events outside your control.
2.All moneys due seller will be transfer to your account for all items sold one Metobi at the general agreed time for payment.
3. Any extra or money returns will be sent on the proposed due date by Metobi.

Abusive buying activity

When we determine that a buyer has violated the abusive buyer policy, we will remove any feedback and defects posted by that buyer, including opened cases in service metrics. We may also prevent that buyer from filing return requests or opening claims. In serious cases or repeated abusive behavior, we may suspend the buyer's account.

You can help us by reporting the buyer and clearly describing what they are doing. This will help us investigate potential policy violations and take actions to protect you.

Sellers who offer free returns are eligible for this protection

You can deduct up to 50% from the refund to recover the lost value of the item
We will take care of any issues directly with the buyer for you, including removing any negative and neutral feedback, defects, and open cases in service metrics.

An item arrived late but tracking shows that you shipped on time
We automatically adjust your late shipment rate and remove feedback when:

The carrier scan shows you shipped within your handling time, even if it arrives late
The carrier scan shows the item arrived by the estimated delivery, even if you shipped it late
If there is no tracking or the carrier didn't scan the shipment, it will not count as a late shipment if the buyer doesn't indicate the shipment was late
